ARGA begins legal support for victims of the AirBitClub project
Paris, June 2, 2025.
The French international legal organization Asylum Research & Global Assistance (ARGA) has begun comprehensive support for the refund process for victims involved in the AirBitClub case.
The ARGA Association, led by its president Sergey Khrabrykh, has reached an agreement with the victims’ initiative group for full legal support and coordination of interactions with U.S. government agencies, including:
• The Department of Justice
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
The Victim Assistance Department
Judicial authorities

The deadline for submitting questionnaires is June 10, 2025, to be included in the first wave
To initiate the procedure, please:
  1. Follow the link and complete the victim questionnaire.
  2. Candidates with the most complete cases will be selected for the first group.
  3. Individual agreements will be signed with them.
  4. Legal work for the first group will begin.
  5. Subsequent groups will then be formed.

The Asylum Research & Global Assistance Association (ARGA) is an independent international legal organization based in France. ARGA specializes in cases of international legal protection, assisting victims of financial crimes, and representing interests in international institutions, including the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
ARGA’s current active case involves representing the workers of LGOК in a lawsuit against Metalloinvest, owned by Alisher Usmanov, concerning unpaid compensations.
