About Us
ARGA's Human Rights and Analytical Work in an International Context
Our Mission
Human Rights Protection and Legal Expertise in International Risk Situations
ARGA provides clients with precise analysis and reliable solutions in complex situations.
ARGA is an international human rights and analytical association working with cases related to Interpol, the UN and international judicial bodies.
We help people facing international search warrants, extradition threats, political persecution, and rights violations in cross-border processes.
ARGA's expertise is grounded in practical experience defending against international persecution and in-depth analysis of international law. The professional journey of association president Sergei Khrabrykh has played a significant role in shaping this expertise.
Today ARGA brings together human rights defenders and analysts working on individual cases and strategic initiatives in the field of international human rights protection.

Asylum Research & Global Assistance
History of ARGA Human Rights Association
ARGA was formed gradually — as a response to real challenges in international law, political persecution and abuse of legal mechanisms. Our journey is a transition from analytical and expert work to systemic human rights activities at the international level.
2021 — Personal Case
ARGA's founding president Sergei Khrabrykh went through an international search, detention and extradition proceedings. The case ended in victory: the international search status was lifted, and the experience of this defence became the foundation of ARGA's work.
2022 — Launch of ARGA and Public Human Rights Work
Formation of the association and transition to systematic assistance via international mechanisms: Interpol, UN procedures and international legal instruments. Public communications including participation in major media platforms and expert discussions.
2023–2024 — Major Cases and Expansion of Practice
Handling high-profile cases and working with international risks: cases involving persecution, extradition requests, politically sensitive conflicts. Including participation in well-known cases (Lebedinsky GOK, case of Bakhtiyor Umarov and others), work with representatives of the legal system and public figures.
2025–2026 — Research Platform and Systemic Analysis of Abuse
Launch and development of the research direction: analysis of abuse of Interpol mechanisms, international legal instruments and criminal prosecution systems. Publication of analytical memoranda and reports.
